ABOUT US

The company is formerly known as Hangzhou Second Cement Products Factory, which was founded in 1972 by the 7350 army that specialized in the production of concrete products and cement pipes after enrolling to Hangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Committee. In 1996, the enterprise has developed into the leading enterprise of national concrete drainage pipeline products.

Since the transition, the company has been cared and guided by the leaders of the state, provincial, municipal and district governments at all levels and the General Logistics Department of health, Military Medical Science Academy of the PLA. Enterprises has cooperated with Military Medical Science Academy of the PLA, Zhejiang University, Nankai University, Columbia University and other well-known domestic and foreign famous universities.
